The BRC 510cc conversion kit is a donor-engine conversion package for 2017-2018 KTM 250 and 300 EXC/XC-W carburetted models, intended to rebuild the original engine into a 510cc configuration. It is designed for strip-down and assembly work using supplied conversion components together with selected parts from the existing engine, rather than as a complete ready-to-run engine.
Important Information
This is a conversion kit that uses the engine from the listed application and reuses parts from the original engine to build the 510cc engine.
The build reuses the donor engine’s transmission, clutch assembly, kicker assembly, water pump, intake, ignition and covers where possible.
Due to the value of the kit, it is shipped on a single small pallet.
No warranty is implied or given due to the custom nature of the kit.
Check that all supplied and reused parts are correct before beginning assembly.
Due to US and EU model differences, modifications may be required to mounts, exhaust or other supporting parts.
A signed waiver confirming acceptance of these conditions is required before dispatch.
