Shipping.

We ship items from our stock the same working day if the order is placed before 3pm. Delivery is via 48 hour courier but please allow 3-5 working days.

Items we may need to order in will take an additional day, but you will be notified all the way via email notifications. 

Even if a product has to be moved from our supplier we can drop ship it directly to you if you need it quickly, If you have any queries about stock levels or shipping or need something urgently we will do our best to help you, just contact us HERE.

Returns.

Returns must be sent back in their original packaging/condition. All returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of purchase. Packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper-resistant seals must be intact. Returned goods should be packaged up correctly - as received in a secure and well packed box.

Please note: If items are not returned in an acceptable condition your refund request may be rejected and we will send the item back to you.
